Situated to the west of Pattaya, Larn island offers the tourists with beautiful sandy beaches, clear water, breathtaking landscape and stunning sunset. It is only 7.5 km and 45 minute ferry or 15 minutes by speedboat. The island is 4 km in length and 2 km in width or 3,500 rai. 90% of the area is mountain with a variety of trees. There are approximately a thousand of residents living in the main village. There are also school and small medical facility on the island.
One of the popular beaches is Ta Waen Beach in the northern part of the island has a 750 m stretch of the white sand. There are also shops and food stalls along the beach. In the south western side of the island, Thian Beach stretches 700 m long and Samae Beach is 100 m long. Thian Beach is exceptionally clean and quiet. There are a few restaurants on this beach. Activity on Koh Larn: There is no need to worry that you will get bored on this island. There is a plenty of activities to enjoy include parasailing, jet ski, hiking, shooting, banana boat, fishing from pier or boat. There are also interesting activities underwater including snorkeling, scuba diving, diving in water-proof suit or take a tour in semi-submersible submarine.
Mini Siam had been started to research the project in 1985, and had been constructed in 1986 with more 29 Rais which separated to be Mini Siam, and Mini Europe. For the rest area, there are the Booking Halls, the Souvenir Shops for lease, and the Parking Lots. The Democracy Monument in Bangkok was the first model to build.
3.Sriracha Tiger Zoo
It boasts to contain the largest number of Bengal tigers, bred successfully by the farm itself. Besides, the zoo has several other animals such as crocodiles, ostriches, single hump camels, kangaroos and an aviary of exotic birds. Exciting shows are Crocodile wrestling, Kenya aerobics, Amazing Circus and Pig Racing. Starting five years ago Sri Racha Tiger Zoo became the biggest zoo of its kind in the entire world providing a home for over 200 of this big and powerful animals. Set up in a beautiful natural atmosphere approximately 30 km outside of Pattaya the zoo is undoubted one of the best day attraction in the Eastern Seaboard.
4.Nong Nooch Tropical Garden & Cultural Village
Nong Nooch Garden is set in a 2.4sq.km. beautifully landscaped park and can easily make an all-day trip. The entire area is more like a theme park, with daily cultural shows, restaurants and accommodation as well as a vast area showcasing individually themed gardens. A leisurely stroll through the botanical park is like taking a journey around the world, through its many famous gardens, whether 17th-century French garden, Stonehenge, or European Renaissance garden. Equally fascinating are species-specific gardens, such as cactus and succulent plants, orchid nurseries, tropical palm gardens, bonsai and topiary garden.
5.The Alcazar Cabaret Pattaya
Alcazar Co., Ltd., or broadly known as Alcazar Cabaret, was established on November 8th, 1981. Originally, with about 100 performers and staff, the former Alcazar’s theater had a capacity of only 350 seats which were not enough to welcome domestic and foreign visitors.
