India is the largest and the oldest civilization in the world. India holds the record of not invading any other country in the last 10,000 years of her history. It is the seventh largest country in the world India shares its borders with Pakistan, China, Afghanistan, Myanmar, Bhutan, Nepal and Bangladesh. India lies entirely in the northern and eastern hemispheres. It is the birthplace of four major religions of the world, Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism and Sikhism. Although Hindi and English are the major languages in India, there are 22 official languages.

DAY 01: ARRIVE DELHI

Upon arrival at New Delhi International airport, you will be greeted by our representative followed by transfer to your hotel. Stay overnight at the hotel.

 

DAY 02: DELHI

Full day enjoy city tour covering Laxmi Narayan Temple – The Place of Gods, India Gate – The memorial of martyrs, Parliament House – The Government Headquarters, Jama Masjid – The largest mosque inAsia, Red Fort – The red stone magic, Gandhi memorial – The memoir of father of the nation beside these some other places to visit are – Qutab Minar Complex and Humayun’s Tomb. Stay overnight at the hotel.

 

DAY 03: DELHI – MANDAWA

Morning depart by surface to Mandawa -The region lies the triangular area between Delhi, Jaipur and Bikaner. Arrive Mandawa and check in to Hotel. Evening visit Shekhawati area and Painted Haveli followed by one hour camel ride. Stay overnight at the hotel.

 

DAY 04: MANDAWA – BIKANER (200 KM. / 4 HRS.)

Morning embark on a tour of Bikaner City, visit the Junagarh Fort, built in 1611 AD. The palaces worth visiting are Anup Mahal, Karan Mahal, and Bijai Phool Mahal. Stay overnight at the hotel.

 

DAY 05: BIKANER – JAISALMER (333 KM. / 7 HRS.)

Morning after breakfast, depart by surface Jaisalmer. Jaisalmer is a tiny jewel in the heart of the Thar, the Great Indian Desert. On arrival, check into Fort Rajwada. Evening explore around this magnificent fort city. Stay overnight at the hotel.

 

DAY 06: JAISAMER

After breakfast, proceed for city sightseeing of Jaisalmer covering Jaisalmer Fort – built on the highest point of the Tricuta hill, Sun Gate. Outstanding features are Megh Durbar & various temples, Salim Singh-Ki-Haveli & Patwon–Ki-Haveli – some of the beautiful mansions with stone carving and lattice work of breath taking intricacy, Lodurva – A masterpiece of architectural grandeur. Evening Camel Ride at sand dunes by sunset. Stay overnight at the hotel.

 

DAY 07: JAISALMER – JODHPUR (264 KM. / 5 HRS.)

Morning depart by surface to Jodhpur. Arrive and check-in to hotel. Stay overnight at the hotel.

 

Day 08: JODHPUR

Morning half-day enjoy the city tour covering Mehrangarh fort – unsurpassed in beauty & grandeur, it is one of the largest forts in India. Innumerable palaces in the fort, interspersed with sprawling courtyards, are intricately carved Jaswanthada – The 19th century royal cenotaph, a creation in white marble Clock tower – The timely treasure of Jodhpur. Evening at leisure. Stay overnight at the hotel.

 

DAY 09: JODHPUR – UDAIPUR (266 KM. / 5 HRS.)

Morning drive to Udaipur. en-route visit Ranakpur temples – the pilgrimage centre of Rajasthan a few of the numerous temples are Chaturmukh temples. Arrive and check into Lake Palace. Evening walk around the local bazaar to view the lifestyle of the local people. Stay overnight at the hotel.

 

DAY 10: UDAIPUR

Morning city tour of Udaipur covering – Saheliyon–Ki–Bari – The garden for the maids of honour of the queen. Jagdish temple – dedicated to Lord Vishnu & approachable by a broad flight of steps, the shrine is a rectangular platform on the lines of Indo-Aryan style of architecture, City Palace – located aside of Lake Pichola & Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandir (Folk Art Museum). Evening Boat ride at Lake Pichola (subject to water level in the Lake). Stay overnight at the hotel.

 

DAY 11: UDAIPUR – PUSHKAR (284 KM. /6 KM. )

Morning drive to Pushkar. On arrival Pushkar transfer to the Hotel. Evening visit local area including Lake & Temples. Stay overnight at the hotel.

 

DAY 12: PUSHKAR – JAIPUR (141 KM. / 3 HRS.)

Morning drive to Jaipur. On arrival Jaipur transfer and check-into the Hotel. Stay overnight at the hotel.

 

DAY 13: JAIPUR

Today morning we shall take you for a tour to Amer Fort, and enjoy the joy ride on Elephant.Afternoon enjoy the city seeing covering City Palace – occupies a large area divided into a series of courtyards, gardens & buildings and a perfect blend of Rajasthani & Mughal architecture, Royal Observatory – An observatory with some rare qualities to its credit, Nawab Sahab Ki Haveli, and the Bazaar etc. Later relax in the hotel. Stay overnight at the hotel.

 

DAY 14: JAIPUR – AGRA (237 KM. / 45 HRS.)

Morning drive to Agra 235 Kms. 5 hrs. drive approx. en-route visiting Fatehpur Sikri (Old Deserted town of Mughal Dynasty) Jama Masjid, The Buland Darwaza, Palace of Jodha Bai, Birbal Bhawan & Panch Mahal. On arrival at Agra check into the hotel. Stay overnight at the hotel.

 

DAY 15: AGRA – DELHI (203 KM. / 4 HERS. )

Today morning we shall take you for a city tour covering -Taj Mahal – a poem written in white marble, the most extravagant monument ever built for love, Red Fort – a visit to the fort in ‘Agra’ is a must since so many of the events which lead to the construction of the Taj took place here, Itmad-ud-Daula’s Tomb– The tomb is of particular interest since many of its design elephants overshadow the Taj
